Orders are processed within 48 hours of receiving payment. All shipments are fulfilled via Fedex Express. Upon dispatch, the buyer will receive a confirmation email with the shipping tracking number. Direct signature is required for all shipments.

€35 – Delivers in 2 business days once order is available to ship.

€70 – Delivers within 3-7 business days once order available to ship.

*For shipments outside of the EU, please note that the International Shipping fee is not inclusive of any customs or import duties and taxes that could be applied to your order when the package reaches your destination.

Please note, refused or unclaimed international orders will not be eligible for refund. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information.

Niccolò Pasqualetti does not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@niccolopasqualetti.com. In the case of damage incurred during shipment, we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery in order to initiate the return process. If your purchase becomes faulty at a later date, please email info@niccolopasqualetti.com for review, including your order number and purchase date, a detailed description of the damage, and photos.
